How fast can you start delivering?
Most projects start within 48 hours of signing. Reels can go live the same day if we get the brief by 11am. Bigger work like SEO, full-funnel campaigns or rebrands kicks off with a 1-week audit so we don't waste your money guessing.
What's the typical engagement length?
Retainers (SEO, social, ads) are 6 months minimum. Project work (websites, branding, one-off campaigns) runs 2 to 8 weeks depending on scope. We don't do month-to-month retainers because they don't produce real results in 30 days.
Do you work with new or smaller brands?
Yes. Roughly a third of our clients are pre-launch or early stage. Pricing starts at ₹20K so growing brands aren't priced out of professional work.
How do payments work?
Retainers: monthly, paid at the start of each cycle. Projects: 50% on signing, 25% at midpoint, 25% on delivery. UPI, bank transfer or any major card.
Can I scale services up or down?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. Most clients expand after the first three months. We'd rather earn the expansion than lock you into a contract you regret.
